I believe such a person isn't a Christian, or Jewish or a member of
any other well known religion.

I myself do not adopt the literal trappings of any known religion.
Nevertheless, I do recognize the existence of an authority greater
than my own upon which I have formed my system of beliefs.  I can find
no substantial difference between my faith and that of those who may
identify themselves with any other religious organization.
