yes.  Even though they can't make crisp celery in a replicator, it can crank
out soggy shuttlecraft.

Of course, these are people that never figured out that while they have
limited food replicator energy, they have unlimited holodeck energy, and the
food is just fine on the holodeck SO WHY DON'T THEY MAKE ONE OF THE
HOLODECKS INTO THE FREAKING MESS HALL!
