I'm not sure TNG is better than Voyager or Enterprise? I do agree with everything else. :) Voyager started really really horrible and then improved to just awful. So in someways it was the most improved of the new ST. I think some of the B plots of the later series returned to the spirit of ST and the discussion on the nature of man and what it means to be human. But in general TOS is far better than anything else and the rest were more or less equally bad (although each in it's own unique way). So, I'd go TOS, DS9, (TNG, Voyager, Enterprise) where TNG, Voyager, and Enterprise tie for third place. .
