I don't define "The Greatest TV Shows Of All Time" as meaning they must be perpetually relevant. Any more than a list of "The Greatest Scientists Of All Time" must only include scientists whose theories of science are still considered correct. Newton will always be considered one of the greatest scientists of all time, even though his theories have been superseded by Einstein's. Galileo was a great scientist, even though we have learned a thousand times more about astronomy than he ever knew.
