The only thing Chretien did decisively was cancel the new shipboard and search and rescue helicopters of course he waffled for 10 years afterwards on replacements and never did do anything about it except pay millions in cancellation penalties. But comparing the 2 is like comparing one's different bowel movements. As for Mr Martin compared to *any* of the other party leaders, at least the other party leader haven't *proved* they are liars and thieves like Martin and the Liberals have. I guess people out east are easily fooled and have short memories, as they keep electing the same crooks every time.
