    I don't disagree with you, but the same thing can be said about every 
president and every war. The Gulf of Tonkin for example. Wilson and 
Roosevelt both campaigned on staying out of the World Wars. Lincoln made the 
Patriot Act look like a piker. That's why we are alledgedly a government of 
laws not of men(or women) and when anyone breaks the law president or pauper 
he should sufer the same consequence.
