I can't compare Kirk's womanizing to any recent President.
According to Ken Starr's report, Bush's predecessor (what was his name 
again?) had told Monica Lewinsky that he had enjoyed "hundreds" of love 
affairs, some of which started only months after he got married.

TOS would have had to run for at least 10 seasons for Kirk's womanizing 
to equal that track record.
