Have you seen those Sears and Black & Decker lasers for hanging 
pictures straight? They've got built in stud finders, range 
finders to tell you how wide a room is, and sensors that can tell 
where wires are in the wall. All they need are a few more 
features, such as something that beeps when an alien monster is 
getting closer, and you're there.
