He could have slept with Janeway, then thought "She's not such a good piece of tail anyway" then left Voyager right where it was in the DQ. Q has *never* shown himself to be trustworthy. So why should anyone ever believe him? I mean, look at it from Q's point of view. Even if Janeway gives in to him, why should he keep his promise?
