Voyager also had a "limited" number of photon torpedoes and, according to Capt. Janeway herself, there was no way of making any more. But it seemed that somewhere, along the way, they rather "forgot" about this and used torpedoes like they were readily replaceable. Those torpedoes should have been as precious as water on Arrakis. And what ever happened to those starships that had set out to meet Voyager?
