Joking how?  Did you not see the episode?  Q returned them all to Earth, and
said 'sleep with me or I send you all back.'  Janeway says 'forget it, send
us all back.'  Q does, and dozens or hundreds or all of them (several times)
die, depending on how many resets there were, and what crew even got back.
