   After His death and resurrection the Lord Jesus gave the Creat Commission to
   His Church.  The Commission consisted of three parts, in the following order
   (Matthew 28:18-20)  (1) Making disciples from ALL nations (2) baptizing them
   in the name of the Father, and of the Holy Ghost, and (3) Teaching the to
   observe ALL things WHATSOEVER I have COMMANDED you."

   I see nothing in that that commands us not to teach His commandments to
   everybody.  It is up to the party to whom the message is brought to make
   their decision to hear or not.  Jesus died for everbodies sin and that
   message of eternal life MUST go to all.
