What I think.... Nice guitar... :)

My Gibson's Les Paul's (4) have cost a hell of a lot more than that.  :(

The cheapest I had was almost $2,000.  Most expensive was $5000.  But 
I have to say, they were worth every penny.  Of all my guitars, the LP's 
are the most played by far.  Just the tone, and gut kick blow everything 
else away.  

I'm not familiar with the pickup's they are using, but I always ended up 
replacing the standard pickups with Humbuckers...  So to start out with 
them is an advantage.  :)  

Getting a nice hard shell case with it is a plus also.  

Seriously, I don't think you could do any better for that price.  Hell, 
you'd better buy it before I do!  :)  I don't have a faded cherry 
colored one... I've owned at one time or another a Gold metal flake, 
Sun Burst, Black, and a Reverse Sun Burst.  I'm thinkin' that faded 
Cherry would fit right in my collection.  :)
