Why didn't Connie return to "N.Y.P.D. Blue" after the baby was born?  We 
never even got to SEE Andy's new kid on the show.  I thought Charlotte 
Ross might at LEAST come back for the final show, but she was never heard 
from again.  Was she kicked off the show?  What'd she do?
