Hey, some folks can't help but walk around with a "kick me hard" sign
on their backs...and I don't mean Lurie.

Very cagey: coming up with the idea to nominate the cleaning lady for
the supreme court.  If confirmed, once all those lawsuits start landing
on the docket, she'll have to recuse herself: thereby leaving a 4-4
"hung jury."
