You know, I wonder about this. It may be that in this instance, they know 
what they're doing from collective experience. You hand out one bottle, and 
you're going to get mobbed for more. You give one person a lift out, and you 
make it impossible for you to do your own job as everyone tries to get a 
lift. Objectivity isn't necessarily nice all the time.
