Obviously things will be difficult during the transition but I can't see why this influx should necessarily spoil your city in the long run. IME someone referring to a group of their fellow citizens as "these people" is almost always a worrying sign. I'm sure things will improve once the immediate crisis is past. You should probably invest in local property developers. They, at least, are in for a bit of a boom. -- SB .
