"The earliest Entergy crews can start working on the extensive power outages 
in East Baton Rouge Parish will be today about 2 p.m. or 3 p.m., officials 
said at the 11 a.m. briefing at the Office of Emergency Preparedness.

Four Entergy substations are down, power is out for customers from Central to 
Highland Road and many of the emergency shelters are without power.

The Department of Public Works reported that more than 200 trees are down 
around the parish so far and nine of those have hit homes."
