Only if it were written in Japanese. Haiku is a Japanese art form, the syllable stuff is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to writing them in Japanese there are all sorts of rules. No Japan was never a British colony although we had favoured trade links for many years and fought as allies in the first world war. Untill the allied invasion in the second world war probably the two most famous invasion attempts were by the mongols. Most people know the word kamikaze even if they don't know the derivation. It is the devine (kami) wind (kaze) that blew away the mongols ships. > I may be confused, but I've got a good start on my quote points for next > month... To which I can only say yokidekimashita!
