And it pretty much summed up the pattern of reporting.  There is no doubt 
that bad actors were looting merchandise, however, the pooor people caught 
behind are receiving no assistance from State or Federal disaster relief.  
People are dying in large concentrations down there.  We know where they are, 
but it appears as though nothing is being done.  The "looter" meme seems to 
be taking hold and is serving to demonize people who are just trying to 
survive in the absence of needed assistance.
