I don't know if I'd say it's the "scariest" horror film ever, but it is deeply disturbing and wonderfullu executed. If I had to pick one horror flick that scares the bejeezus out of me more than any other, it would be "Rosemary's Baby". Anytime I watch it, I start jumping around and talking to the movie and freaking out. I love that film.
