I thought that it made good use of comic book iconography and temporal 
placement.  If it was saying, "I'm fundamentally a comic book so everything 
is going to be exaggerated out of proportion to life," then I buy it.  It may 
be then that I would like more pneumatic titties and prefect asses and less 
florescent oozing lifeblood.
