Its not camp, Atia just thinks her boy Octavian is too much boy, and 
layabout bookworm, she wants him to be a man, real man, manly man, because 
that's the only kind of thing she respects, and knows her house attracts 
enemies and he won't be able to survive unless he becomes a man.
