You see as a pessimist I would much rather have several methods of 
getting rid of somebody inept or criminal than have to suffer them until 
the next election. Getting them set up in place before the system is 
required in the certain knowledge that one day you will pick a dud again. 
I do however rather like your two terms custom, it is one that would have 
served us well over here in the last few years. I always wondered however 
why they stuck with a set time period for terms and elections always 
struck me as rather inflexible.
