Yes, and someone should tell him he needs to take a shower.  And use
deodorant.  And call the exterminator to get rid of the murdering
pestilence infesting his borders. 

(Actually, Gary's gotten a lot better in the last few years.  New
Orleans crime problem is/was much worse recently).
