And one which I am totally bought into.  Reference my rants/bragging about 
the local Farmer's market.  Which, by the way, has a huge wholesale 
division that supplies local area retail outlets.  BUT, agriculture 
requires fuel and our Gov was talking gas rationing this afternoon.  NC is 
a big state, and "local" is a relative term.
