Well all are responsibile. It's easir, it seems to shove the 'blame around. But
hard to push off the resonsibilities.

I think there will be enough accusations to go around, whether anyone steps up
is the question. 

Things went wrong, Now the question should be why and how can we lessen the
chance that it can happen again.

[I would like to see someone breakdown over this but that might be taken as
someone haveing a concious (oh crap... that inner voice saying what's right and
wrong - I just can't spell it well enough to use www.dictionary.com)
