Acetadehyde, the is the major breakdown product, depending on the quality of the stuff he's drinking there will be at least some methanol which produces formaldehyde and formic acid.But I can't imagine Nick drinking moonshine >;-) The ethanol itself though causes problems as well, most notably to the nervous system.
