Damn a hurricane and you have to watch the Saints, those poor poor 
people, my sympathy is increasing.
 If it's really the case that all that was done was to invite people to 
the stadium and not actually help get the most disadvantaged there I 
suggest that the first order of business while they are waiting for the 
water to subside is a floating moonlight parade with the chief float 
being the local officials heads on sticks.
