Hmm. I could believe the basic story - if I heard it from a reliable source; 
which is no criticism of you Nick,  I don't know where you got it from. But 
I don't believe the president of Halliburton would ever be silly enough to 
use the phrase "human rubble" in public.

So I vote.. Hoax!
