I feel I have to note that the user posting the problem said that it seemed 
like an accident at the Stations network programming end, for one 10 year 
old episode of the Simpson's.

Besides if this behavior becomes widespread, people will just hack the DRM 
come up with a patch, and tell their TiVos not to grab the OS updates 
anymore just schedule information.
