Couldn't agree more. I quite like the government's road pricing scheme - except that I don't trust the technology thay claim is going to make it work. I must admit I drive a bit of a gas guzzler (a Rover 620i which has a 2 litre engine.) But I do a very small mileage. Less than 5000 miles/year. -- SB .
