Well if you join up and get deferred, shouldn't you preform your 
duties? Like Fly the damn plane!

He ducked out on his physical and became inelligible to fly. So why his NG unit
was called up, he was out of service. He also transfered to Alabama and can't
be found having showed up there... 

And then he's got the balls to put on a uniform and claim victory in Iraq.
