My dad knows a guy who was in the convention center.
He said hoodlooms had taken control of the water supply and were 
charging $100 for a bottle.  They guy had his wife and mother-in-law 
with him.  The mother-in-law is on oxygen and really needed water.  
On by the second day he went and broke into a jewelry store to get 
loot to trade for water.
