Obviously, he's basically saying "Hey, remember the aftermath of 9/11, weren't they my glory days ? Please ignore my current faliures." To add insult to injury, there's no way he can possibly argue he's acted either swiftly or effectively in the aftermath of Katrina. -- Bunnies aren't just cute like everybody supposes !
