I'm both, was forced to be right handed at school when I was a kid. It 
comes out in weird ways I can bowl or bat either side but tended to bowl 
right arm and bat left.
 I can totally understand why the Japanese had such a downer on left 
handers, you should have stuck with it you have a natural advantage.
