Basically everything over here is one test of competency for a Driver's license, to be a Doctor, Lawyer, whatever... Only CPR and First Aid certifications really require preiodic retraining That's not to say professionals don't keep current, but very little over here requires more than paying annual renewal fees. The closest we'll get is a high but not unreasonable barrier to entry, such as a mandatory gun safety course.
