Normally of course this wouldn't be a problem, which is why you'll see me 
posting at 4 im the morning. But tomorrow Claire is picking me up early to 
go and sign up for evening classes and I have to appear at least semi-
intelligent which I know is going to be a stretch even if I do get some 
sleep. 
 I've had my nightly glass of warm milk, I've had a talking book on. The 
window is open so the room is nice and cold. Does anybody have any other 
suggestions for insomnia?
