This wasn't an editorial piece.  The writer is simply a reporter who
researched various agencies/sources (e.g., Saudi government, Israeli
think tank, CIA, etc.) who were independently of one another reporting
similar information.  The article is long and now in the archives (i.e.,
must pay to get it), which is why I copied/pasted only the relevant excerpts.
