I found out about this from The Register's RSS feed

Apparently they need folks in DC, and people who live near shelters where 
they are setting up PCs for people to locate/contact loved ones, etc.

Unfortunately the link at SANS page seems jammed...

I work pretty regularly with the Cisco and McAfee pieces so I thought I'd 
throw my hat in... well I can't even get there for all the sea of geeks 
trying to sign up...
