It was in there that I noticed some of the better visuals to that point: blood floating around the bodies in the water, fish scattering when the body hit and bullet holes appearing in the bulkhead when shot. I think it took me 5 or 6 tries to get through that whole sequence. The part with the helicopter was fun. Once I realized it was possible to actually shoot it down, I kept redoing the section to shoot it down for the best effect.
