In his brother's state in an election year with Florida holding all the cards 
in deciding the election?  There was money everywhere. George "Monty Hall" 
Bush even took a campaign swing down there to hand over one of those giant 
checks.  In fact, the sent too much money to some people and are demanding 
refunds from other people who got assistance at all. So I guess it was a 
disaster all around: hurricane hit and wiped out a bunch of people, Bush got 
re-elected (911 911 911), and FEMA handed out cash to political cronies.
