However, ER has always won the 18-49 demo which is key to advertisers and gets the highest ad revenues. That's a big deal, especially coupled with the fact that this last episode had the lowest ratings ever for an episode of ER and that the show has lost about half a million viewers a week through the first 3 weeks of the season. It's dropping like a stone, as is the rest of NBC's primetime lineup. Cancellation may not quite be imminent, but it's on the horizon unless things change in a hurry. Doc Sharon .
