I agree with you here...to a point, but if things had ended differently, 
then no one would call foul.  If she had kept firm in her resolution to 
not have the C-Section, and things got a bit dicey for awhile, but in 
the end all was well....this would totally be a non-issue.  I think 
there is a good bit inherently wrong in using surrogates.  Well...not in 
using surrogates, per se, but I think I mean, there is so much that can 
go wrong...the laws aren't clear on so much.
