I was watching last nights episode and the mesage i got loud and 
clear from TPTB at ER is us viewers should just give up on this
show.   


I saw very little in the way of characters I had any desire
to care about.   The entire new batch of doctors I wouldn't
go to see even if they were the only doctors left in town.
Abbey looked espeicially incompetent yesterday, 
(yeah I trust a doctor who does a diagnostic on three
patients in the matter of two seconds.),  

A few more episodes like this one and ER will be
canceled faster than Fox can axe their worst performing show.
(which if Fox is true to form could be as early as today.)

Dr, Carter, Dr. Ross, Dr. Green are all gone.  Hathaway is
gone, ER is now the titanic and the ice berg is dead ahead.
and the people steering the ship are down in the bar getting
drunk.   

ER is on life support now.   House and Grays anatomy are
eating NBCs lunch, and what is NBCs solution?   NBC will
deliver their lunch to Fox and ABC.  

IMHO last nights episode was the worst in the
history of this franchise.

I give ER two weeks before it is replaced by L&O repeats 
in the wake of cancellation.
