The line "!Another Application or service may be using this port" would be
the first place I checked.  I guess your using Windows <c:\sbbs2>, but not
sure what version... Anyway, things to check, make sure there's no other
program/application using port 80.  Examples of this, would be Apache,
IIS, etc...
