MS didn't "create it", but they bought it out a while back.. VFP was last
included with Visual Studio 6 Enterprise IIRC, there were earlier FP
versions as well.. if you have an MSDN software subscription, you should be 
able to download it...  wouldn't be surprised if there were several F/OSS 
implimentations at this point as well..
