Yes, that's right and the option to show the audio controls
on the Taskbar is there as well. Often a total no-sound problem
is caused by some or all audio settings being set to Mute there
in Volume Control...  The DirectX Diagnosics, assuming it's installed,
also has audio testing.

(This all assumes you plugged your speakers into the right jack..)  B)
