Another liberal legend. Which part? A.) There is still plenty of oil. B.) There is still plenty of oil in the USA. C.) Oil wells are capped when their expense goes over the revenue. D.) That they will one day be uncapped. I can't say about the first two. But I know they cap wells. The wells that they cap are the really low producers. The ones that they have to pump and get a fraction of a barrel per day. Not all oil wells produce or if they do they produce in such low volumes that they are marginally valuable.
