And while high prices are rough, I think they fall short of an emergency. Now if 'w' was ANY kind of leader, he would work very hard to get the ountry to start a serious conservation movement. He could (if he were any kind of leader) get industry stimulated into alternate energy sources. Fat chance of that, huh? ....
